Offering both large and small grants, Health24 is aiming to reduce health inequalities in our region, and our first round of applications will be launching on Wednesday 12th February 2025.
The grant applications are open to any qualifying non-profits and community groups in Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton and Warrington.
A key focus area will be chosen for each application round. The first round of applications will be open to those with a particular interest in addressing refugees/asylum seekers, child and adolescent mental health, and child poverty.
We believe in equitable, inclusive access to quality healthcare and aim to create healthier, compassionate and empowered communities through our programme of grants and support.
Due to an overwhelming number of applications, decision notifications will be delayed until 30th May 2025.
